Portrait of Siobhan Kelly

Siobhan Kelly

Associate

She, Her

Siobhan Kelly is an Associate who works with Feminuity to craft inclusive and educational resources for facilitation, research, content development, and other special projects. She is very passionate about transforming workplace cultures to emphasize equity and the empowerment of the people and the planet.

Siobhan first fell in love with social impact work as a part of Bleed the North, where her and a small group of teenage volunteers spearheaded Canada’s very first National Period Day in 2020. After having founded a creative publication about world issues and a nonprofit organization the following year, she’s spent her time refining her leadership style and approach to foster a sense of belonging and community in emotionally vulnerable areas of work. Now, Siobhan’s eager to focus her efforts on promoting intersectionality and meaningful DEI efforts in corporate environments.

Siobhan is a 2021 President’s National Scholar at Western University and a Founder with the Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship. Siobhan is currently working towards her Honours of Business Administration (HBA) at the Ivey Business School and a BA Double Major in Gender Studies and the Advanced Studies in the Arts and Humanities at Western University, set to graduate in 2026.

Siobhan is a non-disabled, neurodivergent, queer, white woman passionate about intersectional approaches to corporate strategy, learning, and growing. When Siobhan isn’t on her computer, she’s running a face painting business with her childhood best friend (probably at a birthday party, painting rainbow butterflies and eating cake)!
