The Insight: Intelex wanted to identify areas of bias, inequity, and cultural challenges and create a diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIBs) strategy for their global organization. They tagged in Feminuity to help make their intention a reality.
The Process: Feminuity worked with the Intelex team in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. for over three years. Feminuity conducted two Comprehensive Assessments of Intelex surfacing new insights. In addition, Feminuity supported Intelex in their DIBs Strategy Design and conducted many learning experiences.
Results: With each assessment, Intelex gained a more nuanced understanding of their gaps and improved their DIBs strategy with an intersectional approach. Feminuity supported Intelex to merge their DIBs efforts with that of Industrial Scientific after being acquired.
