Rebecca Factor is an associate consultant who works with Feminuity to analyze data and provide organizational insights to support diversity, equity, and inclusion and efforts at work.
She cares deeply about this work because she feels everyone should come to work being themselves — that is when we all make the most impact.
Rebecca has researched a variety of organizational psychology topics including: talent management, diversity and inclusion, recruitment/selection, etc. Many of the research projects she has been involved in have been presented at psychological conferences, such as Association for Psychological Science, Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Canadian Psychology Association. She also assisted in researching and writing Women in Tech World’s Gender Equity Roadmap, a qualitative study on the experiences of Canadian women in technology. She works with an HR tech company, as a part of their research team, to help guide product development in the field of employee engagement and recognition.
Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.
Rebecca loves being outside – playing sports, going for a hike, swimming, whatever it may be!
