Dr. Sarah Saska

Co-founder & Managing Partner

Sarah’s interest in how diversity and inclusion can be leveraged to advance innovation began in academia. She paused her Ph.D. research for a year to dive into a fellowship at MaRS Discovery District to put her research into practice. It was during her time at MaRS that she was able to learn the kinds of entrepreneurial skills that would serve her well as she launched Feminuity.

Sarah is an active member of the Advisory Council for The MATCH International Women’s Fund, she sits on the Board of Directors for Wen-Do Women’s Self Defence, and she is a mentor with MentorU and Women’s Executive Network. Sarah is also an avid gender lens investor, and she has invested in women-led start-ups globally.

Sarah was recognized as a WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner and Queen’s University acknowledged Sarah by presenting her with an award for her advancement of knowledge and contribution to society. Sarah has been featured in The Financial Post, The National Post, The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, and Yahoo Finance, and she pitched a start-up concept to the King and Queen of The Netherlands.

Sarah speaks regularly on topics of belonging, inclusive leadership, and, and future acumen for companies.
